Privacy Policy

NextMedia LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates 614Sites. This policy explains what we collect when you use the site, contact us, or check out.

1. Information we collect

Contact form: name, email, phone (optional), business (optional), and your message. Checkout: name, email, phone, business name, package selected, and payment details handled by Stripe. We also store order identifiers from Stripe (customer, subscription, and checkout session IDs) so we can fulfill and cancel care.

2. How we use it

We use this information to respond to inquiries, complete your order, send receipts and project emails, verify cancellation requests with a one-time email code, provide hosting and care, and operate the business (including fraud prevention and records).

3. Payment processing

Card and billing data are collected by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers. Stripe’s privacy terms apply to data you give them.

4. Email

Transactional email (receipts, verification codes, and internal order notices) is sent through Google Workspace / Gmail from Zachary.callahan@614sites.com. We BCC the business inbox on customer receipts so we have a copy of what you received.

5. Sharing

We share data with processors who help us run the service (Stripe, Google email, hosting providers) and when the law requires it. We do not sell your personal information.

6. Retention

We keep order, lead, and cancellation records as long as needed for the project, billing, tax, and legal purposes. Verification codes expire quickly and are stored only as hashes.

7. Your choices

You may email zachary.callahan@614sites.com to update contact details or ask questions about the data we hold. Cancel monthly care with the link in your receipt; we will email a code to confirm it is you.

8. Children

The site is for business customers, not for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Changes and contact
